1. Acceptance

By accessing or using heyday-studio (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

heyday-studio is a private application that publishes videos to its operator’s own YouTube channels programmatically via the YouTube Data API v3. It is provided for the operator’s own use.

3. YouTube

The Service uses YouTube API Services. Your use of YouTube through the Service is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any content uploaded through the Service complies with YouTube’s policies and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or in violation of YouTube’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, heyday-studio and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time; the effective date above will be updated to reflect changes.
